Child Care Concepts 4C is a resource and referral service that assists families in locating a child care provider who best meets their needs.

The following informational services are available to parents:
-  choosing child care & related topics
-  child development
-  specific parent issues
-  licensing requirements

Child care providers who participate in the Child Care Concepts program are licensed & have met minimum standards for health & safety required by the Michigan Department of Human Services. They have also met Child Care Concepts 4c's basic training requirements & are visited by one of our consultants.

The following support services are available to participating child care providers:
-  ongoing training opportunities
-  program consultation & advice
-  bi-monthly newsletter
-  information regarding child care
-  info regarding child development

Also available to parents and child care providers are a resource lending library which includes books, videos & current magazines; and workshops on child care issues.
