FCSM therapists offer individual, couple, and family
counseling services to persons experiencing stress and life transitions. Among issues
addressed in treatment are:

SUBSTANCE
ABUSE SERVICES
Substance abuse services are offered for individuals and families affected by
chemical dependency. Because chemical dependency is a complex phenomenon which affects
entire families, recovery works best when whole families are involved.
Services include:
- Assessment of chemical dependency and its effects on persons
afflicted, family members, and others.
- Community education.
- Information about chemical dependency, co-dependency,
and recovery.
- Intervention to address the problems caused by chemical dependency.
- Referral to ancillary services.

ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EAP)
FCSM is available for direct or subcontracts with area employers. Employers
are aware of the value of EAP services as a benefit to employees. Research has shown EAP
