Pre & Post Natal Services

The Pre- and Post-Natal Services program provides services to any woman who is pregnant, has a child under one year, or who has had a pregnancy loss. Through its many components, the program also provides services to birthfathers and any interested family members.

Pre- and Post-Natal Counseling Services provides:

Personal counseling to help you deal with feelings about pregnancy, parenting, or pregnancy loss.

Joint counseling with you and your partner, parent, family, friend, or another significant person.

Adoption services to help you explore the emotional and legal aspects of the continuum of adoption options ranging from closed to open adoption.

Referral services for medical care, counseling, childbirth education, financial assistance, housing, education, career planning and support groups.

Pregnancy/Parenting Education and Support Programs provides:

Support Volunteers who provide ongoing friendship and nonjudgmental support, assistance with finding resources, future goals planning, supportive listening, labor support, and weekly contact throughout your pregnancy and/or throughout your child's first year of life.

Prepared Parents is a childbirth education class specially designed to prepare the younger woman, her labor partner and significant others for the birth experience. This class is focused on the special needs of young parents to prepare for pregnancy, labor, birth and early parenting.
