Adolescence is frequently a difficult stage for most families. It can be a stormy and troubled time. A period of change, transition and growth. The primary goal of Y.E.S. is to help teens and their parents through these crisis periods so they can stay together and/or reunite whenever possible. The Y.E.S. program has 24-hour availability.

Services include:

Assisting youths, individually and in groups, to deal with their concerns and develop decision making skills.

Counseling youths and parents to help them communicate effectively to solve problems together.

Consultation with other youth-related services and agencies.

Informing youths and their parents of appropriate community resources.

Providing a wide range of preventative services, including presentations on youth-related issues

Y.E.S. is also a voluntary and confidential service for runaways, homeless youth and their families. For more information call (989) 631-5390
